QB Dak Prescott Addresses “Hate” Via Instagram

Film Room: How Dak Prescott Beat The Giants' Blitz
Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott

The end of the 2017 season was a tumultuous one for the Dallas Cowboys, but it may not have been more difficult on anyone than it was on quarterback Dak Prescott. After losing his stud left tackle and All-Pro running back, Prescott was destroyed in Atlanta, setting the tone for a lackluster end to 2017.

Prescott is still the unquestioned QB1 in Dallas, but many are claiming that 2018 is a “prove it” year for the young quarterback.

Clearly, Dak Prescott is aware of how important this upcoming season is, and it also appears that he’s read the Tweets. Prescott took to Instagram this weekend to address some of the heat he’s taken lately, vowing that he will use it as fuel in 2018.

Prescott posted this photo with the caption “I’d Pay them to Keep Hating! I love it!” He also included the hashtag “Doubt Me,” addressing all of those who are claiming the Cowboys need to bring in another quarterback to compete with him for his spot.

I still believe in Dak Prescott as the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys, and I hope he is able to continue to improve and use his doubters as fuel to future greatness. Time will tell how all of this will play out.

Dak Attack is coming soon to a NFL Stadium near you, starting in September 2018!!

Hopefully Dak won’t have 6 games under 180 yards passing this upcoming season

Good lord, twitter is rapidly leading to the a true dumbing down of America. SMFH. . . .Get Dak some protection, he'll be fine. Of course get him a WR who can get open and then catch the damn ball. Looking forward to a full year of Zeke with the Rodger Goodell bs drama . .. .

We will see. If he plays the same way as last year, he's toast. Hopefully he is backing up his comments with offseason work outs to find throwing accuracy, learn how to throw downfield. Hopefully he's studying hours of film, seeing the wide open downfield receivers he missed while checking down. Hopefully reviewing the sacks he took because he held the ball to long or failed to slide in the pocket from the pressure side or step up in the pocket to avoid outside pressure. Hopefully he is diligently learning the playbook and opposing defenses so he can make pre snap reads. Hopefully he is spending valuable hours learning the basics of NFL offense so we don't have to attempt a Dak Friendly college read option spread joke of an amateur offense. Hopefully he's spending more time doing these things and physically learning how to a football than reading correct criticism on the internet.

I guess that was college ball he played in 2016. I can pick apart all your talking points but I won't bother. We will wait until the next season....

2016 was Dink and Dunk Dak ! When Witten and Beasley are leading receivers the you were not throwing downfield !

Ok, you win! Dak's worse than Brandon Weeden, Matt Cassel, and Kellen Moore. All of whom combined won 4 games, with more or less the same O line... You guys just kill me with your transparent bias!

No one was talking about those nobody QBs ! There was a reason Dak was taken in the 4th round. By the way he had twice as many all pro lineman than anyone else in the league had. He was scared he would get the hook in 2016 if through the ball long and got picked. So in 2017 he showed his inability to throw long. This team runs through Zeke, not Dak.

What is wrong with having a Dak friendly offense? The offense changed and became Tony Romo friendly. Even Norv Turner switched the offense for Troy Aikman when he was hired. So what if it becomes similar to a college offense, which I doubt that it will..I mean if it produces results what's wrong with the offense becoming Dak friendly?
