Cowboys offense will be tested by the Broncos’ defense Sunday

After the most complete win of the season last week against the Washington Commanders, the Dallas Cowboys now find themselves in complete control of second place in the NFC East.

They are 3-3-1 and trail the Eagles by two games, but with a lot of football left, this game on Sunday in Denver could be a true turning point for this football team.

The Broncos’ defense is one of the best in football, and the Dallas offense is the best in football, so I think it will be a battle between these two.

Who Wins The Battle?

This game is going to be about the Dallas Cowboys offense against the Denver Broncos defense.

Dak Prescott has an NFL-high 81 total QBR this season, the best by any QB in the first 7 games of season since Matthew Stafford in 2021; the Broncos’ defense has allowed a 45 Total QBR this season, the lowest in NFL, per ESPN Research.

That is the stat: who is going to win this battle, and with the game being in Denver, I feel like the Cowboys’ offense should come away with points on every single drive if they hit the 50-yard line.

Brandon Aubury in that state could hit a FG from 70 yards, not even kidding. The Broncos’ offense does not scare me, sure, they scored 33 points in a quarter against the Giants, but they just have not been good for an entire game.

The week before that, they scored 13 against the Jets, and nearly lost that game.

Interesting matchup Sunday in Denver: #Cowboys Dak Prescott has NFL-high 81 Total QBR this season, best by any QB in first 7 games of season since Matthew Stafford in 2021; #Broncos defense has allowed a 45 Total QBR this season, lowest in NFL, per ESPN Research.

The Dallas defense showed signs of life last week against the Commanders, and I hope they run the exact same game plan this week. Run more man coverage and blitz more.

Stop sitting back letting guys run for hours to get open with no pass rush.

I said last week that the Commanders would beat Dallas because I still do not trust their defense, but every single week it just feels like the Cowboys offense gets better and better and honestly, I think Dallas is going to just outscore the Denver offense.

If Dallas wins this game, things are going to get very interesting.

Dallas 31, Broncos 28.

I just trust the way Dak and the offense are playing right now, more so than I have ever trusted a Dak Prescott-led offense.
