All-Out Embarrassment for the Cowboys in Buffalo, 31-10 Loss

The Dallas Cowboys looked like a team that shouldn’t have gotten off the plane for this football game Sunday afternoon.

The Bills made everything look easy on both sides of the ball against Dallas. Doing so resulted in a 31-10 rout.

This team on the road is not the same when they are playing at home, and depending on what happens in Miami next week, I may be on my last leg.

Let’s see what team shows up next week against the Dolphins.

Even in the game they lost on the road at Philly, at least they showed up.

What I just saw from them today, was a team that was full of themselves, and they deserve everything that is coming to them.

The Bills looked like a team that needed to win a game to keep their playoff hopes alive, while Dallas got news about an hour before kick off that they clinched a playoff spot and didn’t care about this game.

– The Cowboys currently have 195 total yards. (had 197 in Week 5 at SF) – DAL had 182 total yards in Week 18, 2022 at WAS

The moment the Cowboys gifted the Bills a free four points with a roughing the passer call on the first drive, It was hard to not think this was going to happen again.

From the roughing of the passer, roughing the punter, and unnecessary roughness in the first half that led to 21 points, it had that type of game written all over it.

The Cowboys on the road in a big game against a team that people feel is one of the best in football, and the entire team shuts down.

This team is going to have to play THREE games on the road in the playoffs if they don’t win the NFC East and gain the No. 2 seed.

They have no chance based on what I have seen from them against Buffalo and the 49ers.

If they played at home, then sure, but they aren’t going to. This team HAS to beat Miami next week on the ROAD.

Just a reminder, fellow Cowboys fans. This team will break our hearts. Be prepared.

Second Half & What is next

The Cowboys started the second half with the football, and anything short of a touchdown would pretty much end the game.

They picked up two first downs and on 3rd and one they ran a play action resulting in a sack.

Just bully your way for a one-yard.

The offensive line was awful with Zack Martin out and so you tried to pass. Smart.

Mike McCarthy and Dak Prescott played this football game scared. Throwing everything underneath for absolutely nothing.

I don’t care if he threw three interceptions, go out there swinging.

This team is the Carolina Panthers on the road and maybe one of the best at home.

The Cowboys are just two different teams at home and on the road

While the offense couldn’t move the ball, the defense couldn’t stop a nosebleed.

You expect to more out of this team after doing what they have done over the last month.

Even in the loss to the Eagles on the road, at least they showed up.

The Bills played bully ball and RAN it down their throat time and time again, James Cook finished with over 150 yards rushing and plus some.

The Bills’ first possession in the second wasted over half the quarter, they kicked a field goal that pushed the lead to 24-3.

The Cowboy’s offense line was just as bad as the rest of the team today. Zack Martin getting hurt didn’t help.

Any chance of Prescott winning the MVP and gaining the one seed went out the window with this embarrassing performance.

Dallas is on the road again next week against the Miami Dolphins, and if this team shows up again, they are going to lose 50-0.

I am here for both the good and the bad, and this was the first bad one in eight games.

If they show up and beat Miami next week, things will feel a lot better than right now.

Between a usually smart D. Lawrence getting penalized, the 'missed' blocked punt penalty, and the fumble Dallas forced but forgot to throw the 'red flag' when it was badly needed, they gave Buffalo basically 17 points. No wonder they lost. Forget the poor play calling. Embarrassing - yes.

Wow ! Buffalo was playing for their playoff lives . Seeded 11th at beginning of the game. If they lost they had no hope for playoffs. Cowboys had clinched already. Could actually lose one of last four as long as it wasn’t to Washington and still win the division because Eagles will lose one of the games to the Giants. So all you so-called Cowboys fans who quickly jump ship because of one loss just stay in the water and don’t come back on board. Only been one undefeated Super Bowl team . Go Cowboys!

First, why did they defer AGAIN!!! when they won the toss. To me this makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. You are given the first chance with the ball, and you gave it away to the other team. So, what did Bills do, wham, right down the field for a TD!!!!! You are giving the other team the opportunity to take the lead right from the jump and they obliged. This is insane to me. Maybe someone here can explain it. With that said, that probably didn't matter the way they got thoroughly whipped and embarrassed. And it wasn't even as close as the score would indicate, as Bills took Allen out of the game with like 8/9 minutes to go in the fourth quarter. That overthrow of Cooks by DP in their first series for me was a precursor of the things to come in the game. Boys went three and out and punted and I think Bills then immediately scored another TD to make it 14-0. DP is not a good QB when playing from behind. BTW, DP could have easily had three INTs except two were dropped. Again, as I have commented numerous times, in big games against better teams, DP wilts most of the time. Agree with Fabiano, this team (led by DP) will break your heart. This was a real bad lose, which was not very surprising to me considering DP track record, and if they lose to Miami the expectations will dropped even significantly more.

It would be kinda hard to get off the plane, when you missed your flight from Arlington to Buffalo. It didn't even looked like the first string starters playing,it looked like third stringers, and practice squad members playing, for as bad as the Cowboys played the game verses the Bills. The only bright spot for the Cowboys was the red hot kicker, kicking another field goal, going for 31 for 31 on the season, and kicking the extra point, after the touchdown scored by Cee Dee Lamb at the end of the game.

All the Haters get your thick-ass off the couch and play and coach better because you are not a true Cowboys fan!

Dallas looked like Philly did when they played in Dallas - listless.

I would be hard pressed to believe the team or coaching staff was prepared to play on this day or even adjust to what was happening. But I an atlanta loss you are in the playoffs anyway. There are still games to be played but all the gain from philly is lost your confidence is shaken and the question is will you be able to rise in miami? after Jimmy the jones cowboys just get fans on the bus only to run it in a ditch. I know it is hard to win every game but you have as much talent and good coaching as any team in the league for the first time in 28 yrs and you still somehow do not rise to the occasion. I hope this is just a hiccup but wow! Maybe to many with flu or something but still it has to be overcome. Oh and that 70 mil for steele........hows that working out????

I read today that Jerry was thinking about extending McCarthy’s contract. What a joke.

Cecil Campbell yeah ~10-4 What a joke ... smh

Over the last three seasons, with the exception of Philly last week, Dallas' offense always lays an egg in big games. Home or away. I just think Dak can't handle the pressure of big games.
    1. Steve Flowers
Doug Besmer true but that offense always under performs in big games. Regardless of how the defense does. I like Dak but he’s never put the team on his shoulders in a big game.
    2. Doug Besmer
Steve Flowers Wasn’t just Dak. Defense let their backs run through em like butter. Whole team sucked ass.
  18. John Smith
Sigh… offense has done NOTHING exposing the defense to being on the field for most of the 1st half… our concerns about dak ‘s leadership remains …. Still showing he is not up for it week in and week out … there is a reason this bills team is 7-6 …. and this offense can’t muster anything on a near perfect weather day in buffalo? Wow.. this is why we QUESTION DAK …buffalo is doing what Dallas should do.. go on several long time consuming drives keeping the defense off the field … the best defense is a great offense .. again it is on the offense and dak .. WHERE IS HIS LEADERSHIP? 2nd half .. still no offense .. 92 yards total through 3 quarters.. I see one QB on the field that is leading his team to victory and it is NOT DAK … dak has DISAPPEARED totally .. might as well play cooper rush at 31-3 down …. Another One and done in playoffs… again dak has to prove he can lead us to a SB .. so far he has not and I stand by my belief that DAK WILL NEVER LEAD THIS TEAM TO A SB … I hope I’m wrong but I don’t think so ….3 of the 4 losses has been by DOUBLE DIGITS!!!!! Look at all the LEGIT playoff teams right now Dallas is the only one who has lost by double digits on most of their losses … DOES THAT SOUND LIKE A LEGIT PLAYOFF TEAM TO YOU?
    1. Doug Mackenzie
John Smith when you lose by double digits and give up 15 tds in 3 games not counting the Bills QB is not the problem. Multiple teams this season have won scoring less than 20 points because the defense stepped up. Dallas has lost 22 straight games when don't score 20 points because defense never steps up

I didn't even watch the game because I new this shit would happen
  20. Clarence Minnis
No surprise to me I new this would happen this team like I been saying is a total extension of that B's owner we have and we might finish up at 11-6 we might because these next 30games gonna be hell for they ass James Cook dominated like I say this team is so dam overrated and overhyped to it's sad it really is
